Blair Erwin Underwood is an American actor. He made his debut in the 1985 musical drama Krush Groove and from 1987 to 1994 as lawyer Jonathan Rollins in the legal drama L.A. Law of the NBC station. Underwood has appeared in a number of films during her career, including Just Cause, Set It Off, Deep Impact, Rules of Engagement, Something New, Madea's Family Reunion and Juanita. On television, he starred in the 2000 medical drama City of Angels, and the following years he starred in regular roles in LAX, Dirty Sexy Money, In Treatment, The Event, Ironside and Quantico. Underwood has received two Golden Globe nominations, five NAACP Image Awards, a Daytime Emmy and a Grammy.
